Become an important delivery partner! As a Driver Helper, you'll support drivers during deliveries and help with handling tasks. With your commitment to customer service, you'll ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting safety and performance standards.

Your role:

Transport and handle merchandise from truck to customer sites in line with service standards
Inspect loads prior to delivery and assist the driver in handling paperworks
Provide excellent customer service, including contacting customers prior to delivery
Participate in order preparation, truck filling and general DDC maintenance
Work in accordance with health, safety and loss prevention policies
Partner with drivers and carry-in crews to coordinate and execute carry-in deliveries of construction materials at residential and commercial job sites.

What we're looking for:

Secondary 5 diploma and Full G license (considered assets)
Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 23 kg) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to work at remote job sites and perform carry-in deliveries of building materials, including drywall, lumber, plywood, and other construction products.
Ability to work in a truck on the move and provide effective support the driver
