About The Role

Move opportunities from discovery to close with a consultative process grounded in proof, clarity, and measurable customer outcomes.

You will be the primary commercial point of contact for prospects from first conversation to closure, including qualification, discovery, tailored demos, and structured follow-through. Success in this role comes from translating Roomnexa capabilities into measurable operational and revenue outcomes while keeping handoff to onboarding clear, complete, and expectation-aligned.

We run a consultative sales motion focused on fit, timing, and practical value. You should be comfortable asking sharp diagnostic questions, documenting decisions in CRM with discipline, and helping prospects evaluate Roomnexa through real workflows instead of high-pressure tactics.

Responsibilities

Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP, urgency, and implementation readiness.
Run structured discovery and tailored demos that map product capability to business pain points.
Build ROI narratives and proposals with clear assumptions, timelines, and expected impact.
Coordinate with onboarding and customer success to ensure post-sale continuity and timely go-live.

Requirements

1+ years in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or hospitality technology sales roles.
Strong verbal and written communication with confident objection handling.
Reliable forecasting practice and disciplined opportunity tracking in CRM.
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder conversations and maintain execution momentum.

Nice to have

Experience selling PMS, channel manager, or booking engine solutions.
Hindi and English fluency for India property conversations.
Existing network among boutique hotels or hotel groups.
