What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently engaging and assisting customers.
- Build authentic customer relationships that drive sales, customer loyalty, and achievement of individual and store goals.
- Take initiative to meet your sales goals and support the success of the store.
- Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.
- Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge and seek opportunities to learn and grow.
- Contribute wherever needed to support team success and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to work during the peak holiday business period, from mid-November through the first week of January.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods during a 3-8 hour shift.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and move merchandise.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
