Required Education//Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8–15 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and the surrounding ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies, specifically Kafka.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and relational databases such as Oracle.
- Familiarity with frontend development using Angular.
- Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application.
- Strong back-end Java skills with some front-end experience.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and deliver solutions in short cycles.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools.
- Expertise with Java 17+, Spring, and Spring Boot Framework.
- Experience with Reactive Programming.
- Experience with Python for scripting.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience building applications with Angular and React.js; React.js is acceptable in place of Angular.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks such as JUnit.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira.

- Serve as a subject matter expert by mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to senior stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and deploy robust, enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring, and Kafka.
