Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities
- Typically 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Java-based enterprise application development.

Job Overview
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a technology team supporting applications and digital solutions within the Banking / Financial Services domain.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, MongoDB, and OpenShift, along with a solid understanding of enterprise application development, APIs, cloud-native technologies, microservices, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices. The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The position involves working across the application lifecycle, including technical design, development, integration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and operational processes in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end applications and reusable UI components using React.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Develop and optimize data solutions using MongoDB and related database technologies.
- Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift and other containerized environments.
