Job Description:
Position Summary
Responsible for developing and implementing a robust project management framework for manufacturing programs, including project planning, execution, and risk analysis based on technical and operational inputs. The role ensures effective coordination between production, engineering, procurement, and management teams to achieve project objectives in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish project milestones, develop and maintain integrated project schedules, and ensure assigned resources are adequate to meet project objectives and production requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational priorities.
- Work directly with production and engineering teams to ensure orders are technically accurate, properly documented, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Conduct project risk analysis, identify potential delays, constraints, and technical or operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule integrity.
- Facilitate effective communication between management, production, engineering, procurement, and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, timelines, and constraints.
- Conduct routine project reviews with production teams and senior management, providing updates on progress, risks, issues, and overall project performance.
- Identify potential issues in advance and develop corrective actions to ensure project deadlines and production targets are achieved.
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure project progress, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation, submittals, and deliverables are completed accurately and maintained to a high standard.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows within the manufacturing environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, procurement, and operations.
- Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and ERP systems is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English proficiency required; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are an asset in cross-border operations.
