Software Developer Co-op - Full Stack (Virtualized Switchers)

WHERE YOU'LL BE WORKING

Ross Video is a world leader in high-definition video production equipment, designed and manufactured in Canada and sold world-wide. Our products are used by a who's who of the global entertainment industry, including top broadcast networks like NBC, ABC, CBS and Fox in the USA; Rogers, CTV and the CBC in Canada; Al Jazeera, BBC, and others around the world. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Reporting to the Software Manager for Carbonite Code, the successful candidate will participate in the development of features for Carbonite Code. You will experience first-hand the highs and lows of real software development while working with top-level developers and managers.

This position will require being in the office a couple days a week at our Ottawa Campus in Nepean. Our pay rates range from $24 - $35 per hour, based on experience.

WHAT YOU KNOW

Enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another similar program.
You are comfortable with C/C++.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, Go, and Delphi is a bonus.

WHO YOU ARE

You enjoy new technical challenges and are excited at the prospect of writing code for shipping products.
