Applying UX, visual design, usability, and accessibility principles to solve complex user problems.
Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborating with engineering to move designs and prototypes toward production.
Contributing to shared design systems, reusable components, and UX best practices.

Who You Are:

You have a degree or experience in UX design or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and problem-solving. Functional, interactive prototypes are especially valued

You can work with domain expert stakeholders, understand complex technical requirements, and translate them into intuitive user experiences
You enjoy solving complex interaction design problems and creating intuitive, efficient interfaces for professional applications and demanding users
You have strong communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

Knowledge of television, stage, film, or news production
Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar software
Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or Git

Ross provides competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the flexibility you need to do your best work, including flexible hours, generous paid time off, and a wellness allowance. You’ll also have the opportunity to share in our success through our employee share ownership program and grow your career with ongoing learning and development support. We value connection and collaboration, with plenty of events and opportunities to build relationships across the company. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about what we do and how we do it.
