- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in business development, recruitment, or real estate growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and executing growth-focused initiatives.
- Relevant experience in real estate, brokerage operations, or a related industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is beneficial.
