  • Leadership opportunity: The autonomy to develop teams, improve processes and make a lasting impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong construction leaders through coaching, accountability and succession planning.
  • Establish consistent operational processes, project controls and reporting standards.
  • Champion workplace safety, construction quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain key client relationships and provide executive support on significant project matters.
  • Collaborate with estimating, finance and business development to assess new opportunities and resource requirements.
  • Support strategic planning, workforce development and the continued growth of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant senior leadership experience in commercial construction or general contracting.
  • Experience in ICI along with commercial construction general contracting
  • Proven success overseeing multiple construction projects and managing portfolio-level financial performance.
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, scheduling and risk management.
  • Experience leading senior project managers, site teams and multidisciplinary construction operations.
  • A track record of developing leaders, improving operational efficiency and delivering profitable projects.
  • Strong commercial judgment, communication and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Relevant postsecondary qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or equivalent senior-level experience.

Experience working within a structured business operating system would be an advantage.
