The Role

A promotional campaign can involve several moving parts at once: a client brief, an event schedule, marketing materials, team assignments, customer engagement targets, and results to report.

We're hiring a Junior Events Manager to help bring those elements together.

You'll support the delivery of promotional events and customer acquisition campaigns for businesses operating across different industries. The work is hands-on and involves both coordinating activities and participating in customer-facing marketing and sales.

Previous management experience isn't necessary. We're looking for someone who wants to develop the skills involved in organising people, activities, and campaign delivery.

Where You'll Make an Impact

Keeping events organised

You'll assist with campaign preparation, review event requirements, coordinate materials, and help ensure the team understands the day's priorities.

Supporting delivery

During promotional activities, you'll work alongside colleagues to keep things running smoothly. You'll help communicate updates, respond to practical issues, and represent client brands through direct customer interaction.

Understanding results

You'll learn how customer engagement, sales activity, and campaign performance are tracked. You'll help record outcomes and identify improvements for future events.

Developing coordination skills

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take greater ownership of preparation tasks, assist with team communication, and support more involved campaign activities.

What Experience Is Relevant?

You don't need to have managed an event before.

People who have worked in restaurants, retail stores, hospitality venues, sales teams, sports environments, or other busy workplaces often understand the importance of preparation, timing, and teamwork.

We're interested in applicants who can stay organised, communicate confidently, handle changing priorities, and take responsibility for completing tasks.

Recent graduates and career changers are welcome.
