Project Manager

Vancouver, BC

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | On-site

Bring People, Priorities, and Projects Together

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning through completion. You’ll coordinate people, timelines, information, and resources to make sure projects stay organized and key requirements are delivered on schedule.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and making sure issues are addressed before they become larger problems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from initial planning through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinate tasks and priorities across internal teams
Lead project meetings and communicate actions and deadlines
Maintain accurate project documentation and status information
Monitor progress and identify potential delays or risks
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and external partners as required
Track project resources, expenses, and key deliverables
Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders
Review requirements and make sure important details are followed through
Coordinate solutions when issues or changes arise
Prepare project reports, presentations, and supporting materials
Complete project closeout activities and maintain final documentation

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, business administration, client services, or a related field is preferred.

We’re looking for someone who can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently with different stakeholders, and take ownership of deadlines and deliverables.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are important.

Experience with project management software, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and standard workplace systems is helpful.
