Promotions Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Promotions Assistant to join our Vancouver team. We work with clients across a range of industries, including retail, telecommunications, hospitality, lifestyle and consumer services, supporting promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Promotions Assistant, you'll help coordinate and deliver promotional activities while supporting the wider marketing team.

• Assist with the preparation and organisation of promotional campaigns.
• Support brand awareness activities, product promotions and local events.
• Engage with customers and provide information about client products and services.
• Prepare promotional materials, displays and campaign resources.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Collect customer feedback and help monitor campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and project updates.
• Represent client brands in a friendly and professional manner.
