We stock products of all amperages and voltages to serve residential, commercial, and industrial needs.
The Position:
This is a full-time position based at our location in Mississauga, ON.

This position reports to the President/Owner
Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor inventory levels in Mississauga; identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel-based inventory tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile system data with actual stock
- Analyze inventory trends, turnover rates, and slow-moving items; provide actionable recommendations to reduce carrying costs
- Create comprehensive Excel reports and visualizations for management and stakeholder review; prepare weekly/monthly inventory summaries
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes and improve data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data validation, conditional formatting, chart creation, and macro experience a plus
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, or similar software)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with data analysis and process improvement
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
