What will your day-to-day look like?

In this role, you will lead industrial transformations through rigorous project governance and advanced data analytics:

Lead "Make or Buy" decisions: drive critical financial, operational, and strategic decision-making analyses to determine the optimal manufacturing and operations footprint for future engine programs.
Define Product Strategy Review Board assessments: Create and implement commodity-specific vision, guidance, and longer-term strategic plans in collaboration with global manufacturing sites and Strategic Sourcing experts, shaping the future of commodities across make-or-buy decisions.
Perform deep-dive analyses: Assess performance, financial (cost/spend) data across existing and potential in-house commodities to identify opportunities for margin expansion, cost reduction, and measurable value creation.
Strong business acumen, to develop and present complex strategic business cases: Engage P&WC & other RTX leadership committees to secure stakeholder buy-in for high-impact initiatives.

What do you need to be successful?

We are looking for a hybrid profile, combining deep aerospace technical knowledge with strategic project management mastery:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with strong technical exposure. An MBA a major asset for navigating this strategic role.
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of professional experience in aerospace or a high-precision manufacturing industry (ex. Automotive), with recognized expertise in complex manufacturing processes (raw materials, castings, forgings).

· Demonstrated ability to extract strategic insights from complex data, financial models, and spend analysis.

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex issues and build consensus within a dynamic, global matrix environment.
Strong ability to prepare succinct executive-level presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
Ability to lead large-scale multi-site (global) projects with total autonomy, sharp strategic judgment, and a strong collaborative spirit.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
