- Ensure cultivation activities are completed at the appropriate stage of plant development and according to established schedules and SOPs.
- Regularly inspect flower rooms to monitor plant health, canopy development, crop consistency, and quality of work.
- Proactively identify and report concerns related to pests, disease, nutrition, irrigation, environmental conditions, or crop development.
- Coordinate closely with IPM, irrigation, cultivation, facilities, and processing teams to ensure timely interventions and smooth room transitions.
- Ensure flowering rooms are maintained to Rubicon's standards for product quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization.
- Translate cultivation schedules and priorities into clear daily work plans for the team.
- Allocate labor across rooms and activities to ensure time-sensitive crop work is completed on schedule.

- Ensure cultivation SOPs, sanitation procedures, biosecurity standards, and safe work practices are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate records of plant movements, cultivation activities, observations, and inventory within required systems.
- Ensure plant traceability and documentation requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain flower rooms in inspection-ready condition and support internal quality and compliance reviews.
- Reinforce PPE, pesticide, equipment, and workplace safety requirements across the team.
- Escalate quality, compliance, safety, or crop concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities to improve flowering practices, workflow, labor efficiency, quality, and consistency across rooms.
- Support the Cultivation Manager in investigating crop or operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide feedback on SOPs and standard work based on observations from daily operations.
- Help establish consistent practices across Flower Room Leads, team members, rooms, and production cycles.
- Support cultivation trials and the implementation of new practices or process improvements as required.
