To support the smooth day to day operational running and standards of the Rooftop spa areas including the rooftop spa garden, reception areas, and rooftop welcome desk to provide the highest levels of guest service, cleanliness and operation of spa experiences. To promote all available business opportunities, predominantly food and drink sales and services within the spa.

A privately-owned luxury hotel, Rudding Park has 90 bedrooms and suites, a destination spa, three restaurants and a kitchen garden, private cinema, two golf courses and meetings and events venue. Set in 300 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, Rudding Park is one of the most beautiful Harrogate hotels.
Rudding Park features the first Roof Top Spa in the UK and offers an extensive range hydrotherapy and thermal experiences. We offer an extensive range of treatments and guests can discover the Escape Zone - a peaceful and serene space to relax following a treatment. The Spa also offers an indoor swimming pool using natural waters from the grounds of Rudding Park, a Juniper Log Sauna, Rasul for traditional Moorish mud treatments, Retail Therapy, Hair Studio, Nail and Beauty Studio.

About You
- Attention to detail
- Passion for going above and beyond
- A good level of computer literacy and database knowledge of booking systems, as well as experience working with excel.
- Ability to work cohesively alongside the reception and wider spa team
- Physically fit and able to count, lift and move laundry around the Spa
- Previous guest service experience in a guest-facing role desirable.
- To interact and communicate effectively with all team members of the spa and all members of the hotel team..
- To make sure any positive and/or negative guest feedback is communicated to the manager as quickly as possible.
- To ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to facilitate the sales process predominantly beverage sales.
- To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the back of house areas in line with company protocols.
- To carry out pool cleaning where required.
- To ensure adequate water tests are carried out at the appropriate intervals.
- To ensure full open and close down of the rooftop spa areas.
- To be completely knowledgeable about all spa products and spa services
- To provide outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Support the daily operation, cleanliness, and standards of the rooftop spa, including its garden, reception areas, and welcome desk, while delivering excellent guest experiences. Promote spa products and services, especially food and beverage sales, communicate guest feedback, and complete opening, closing, pool-cleaning, and water-testing duties.
Requirements
The role calls for attention to detail, a positive service-oriented approach, computer literacy, and familiarity with booking systems and Excel. Candidates should work well with the spa and reception teams, be physically able to handle laundry, and ideally have previous guest-facing service experience.
