Role Description This is a full-time Dispatcher role based in Brampton, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily schedules, assign and dispatch drivers or field staff, and monitor routes to ensure timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include answering calls, responding to service requests, updating system records, and communicating changes to drivers, customers, and internal teams. The role also involves tracking job progress, addressing delays or issues, and escalating concerns when necessary to maintain service standards. The Dispatcher will collaborate with operations and customer service to support smooth workflows and accurate reporting.
