Company Description

For 100 years, Reitmans (Canada) Limited (RCL) has defined the Canadian retail fashion landscape with its three iconic brands, Reitmans, RW&CO. and PENN. Penningtons. We're excited about what we’ll build together next.

Our vision is to empower Canadians to live confidently, and our mission is to create collections of uncompromising style and quality for all.

We believe great people do their best work alongside other great people. Here, you’ll have a voice, be challenged to grow and be part of a team driven by curiosity, bold thinking and ownership.

Come raise the bar of Canadian fashion with us.

Job Description

Do you have an eye for men's fashion, a passion for trends, and a knack for the details that make all the difference? Do you love creating online shopping experiences that inspire customers to discover new arrivals and refresh their wardrobes?

At RW&CO, we believe great style is all about feeling confident in what you wear. From workdays to evenings out, special occasions to weekends, our collections offer modern, versatile pieces that are easy to mix and match.

We're looking for someone creative, curious, and comfortable working with data to bring our men's collections to life online.

Your mission? Showcase the right products, make shopping effortless, and inspire customers to discover their next favourite pieces.

From suits and shirts to pants, sweaters, and everyday essentials, your sense of style and fresh ideas will make all the difference!

What You'll Do

Bring our collections to life: Organize product categories and showcase our men's collections in a fresh, engaging way to create a seamless and inspiring online shopping experience.
Make product discovery effortless: Optimize product sequencing, search results, navigation, and recommendations to help customers easily find what they're looking for - and discover something new along the way.
Stay ahead of the trends: Highlight new arrivals, must-have pieces, and seasonal collections while balancing brand priorities, promotions, and inventory availability.
Turn insights into action: Analyze sales, shopping behaviours, and conversion rates to understand what's working, identify opportunities, and help drive sales growth.
Get the details right: Ensure product images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions are accurate, up to date, and aligned with the RW&CO. brand.
Collaborate with passionate teams: Work closely with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams to bring campaigns, collection launches, and digital projects to life.

Qualifications

What You Bring

A university degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or merchandising, ideally within the fashion industry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, merchandising and planning tools, Google Analytics, and Excel.
A genuine interest in men's fashion, emerging trends, and online shopping behaviours.
Bilingualism in French and English to effectively collaborate with teams and partners across Canada.

Why Join RW&CO?

At RW&CO, we're passionate about fashion that fits real life. Modern, versatile, thoughtfully designed pieces that help people express their personal style with confidence, whatever the occasion.

You'll join a creative, collaborative team where fashion meets e-commerce and fresh ideas are always welcome. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how our customers discover, explore, and shop our men's collections.

Have a great sense of style, an eye for detail, and fresh ideas to elevate the online shopping experience? We'd love to meet you!
