The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying Python-based AI/LLM applications and scalable enterprise solutions, with responsibilities spanning AI-powered analytics, data pipelines, API development, performance optimization, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using FastAPI/Flask.
- Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Python development with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
- Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
- Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
- Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Redis.
- OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- CI/CD using Jenkins or GitHub Actions, DevOps/GitOps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
