Client: Supply Ontario – RQ00804

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support ONE ID operational activities, client support, onboarding, Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, data integrity, and EHR modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational business analysis within IT or digital health environments, strong client support and onboarding experience, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.

Description

Background Information

The ONE ID Business Support team seeks to procure one Business Analyst. ONE ID is foundational to a wide range of digital health solutions used by healthcare professionals across Ontario.

The contingent resource will support EHR modernization and ONE ID Change Management and Adoption initiatives and is required to meet operational demands and support the growing portfolio of ONE ID initiatives.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

Support ONE ID operational activities including client support, partner requests, incidents, and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes including end-user authentication and authorization.
Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID onboarding and adoption.
Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
Support testing of new features and client health validation activities in lower environments.

Desired Skills

Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
Knowledge of ITSM practices.
Proven ability to work within IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework.
Experience in the digital health ecosystem.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments.
Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding.
Strong attention to detail with specific focus on data integrity.
Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
Demonstrated experience interpreting, analysing, and executing business processes.

Deliverables

Deliverables Include, But Are Not Limited To

Effective operational support for ONE ID services, ensuring client requests, incidents, and escalations are managed within established service levels.
Successful coordination and support of client onboarding and adoption activities, including client engagement, communication, and enablement.
Accurate execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational processes, including registration, enrolment, authorization, and security configuration support.
Contributions toward process improvements and process documentation that enhance operational efficiency.

Additional Terms

The term of this Engagement Assignment is for 250 Business Days, with an option to extend for up to an additional 250 days at the Agency’s discretion. The Engagement Assignment may be extended for unused Business Days at the Agency’s discretion.

The resource will comply with the Agency’s policies and procedures.

The resource will be issued an Agency laptop and is expected to provide at least one additional monitor, an external keyboard, and a mouse at their own expense. In addition, when the resource is working from their home location, they must have a private office space and are not permitted to work in an open communal space.

Internet connection must be hard-wired and have suitable bandwidth to support the IT requirements of this role. If these conditions cannot be met within their home office space, the resource will transition to full-time in-office work, and the hybrid option will no longer be available.

The Agency systems cannot be accessed from outside the province of Ontario, and Agency assets, including laptops and related equipment, cannot be removed from the province of Ontario without prior written approval from the Agency.

Assignment Type

This position is currently listed as Hybrid. The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per the Hiring Manager’s sole discretion.

Location

Up to 1 day onsite, subject to Hiring Manager’s discretion.
