Business Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare business analysis, clinical stakeholder engagement, workflow and business process analysis, software implementation, software testing, and healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clinical stakeholders, implementing healthcare systems, identifying capability gaps, documenting requirements, and supporting software testing and implementation initiatives.

- 10 years' experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting.
- Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
- The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
- Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
PROCURA Mobile Software
- 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
- The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
- Examples should provide specific details of work performed.
Software Testing
- 5 years' experience leading and executing software testing including developing test plans, testing estimates, and test cases.
- The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.

Sunrise Altera Suite
- 4 years' experience testing and implementing the Sunrise Altera suite.
- The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 4 years.

Homecare Client Registration and Clinical Documentation
- 3 years' experience implementing software solutions designed to support homecare client registration and clinical documentation.

- 1 year of experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
