We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong expertise in product planning and execution, product lifecycle management, customer and product requirements, product vision, product strategy, customer experience, product gap analysis, market growth, product pricing and positioning, product requirements and prototypes, stakeholder collaboration, product launches, promotional strategies, MRDs and PRDs, partnership and licensing opportunities, beta and pilot programs, and competitive analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of products throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals, improving customer experience, driving growth, developing product strategies, translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and collaborating with engineering, public relations, executives, external partners, and other product management team members.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:

Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Defining the product vision.
Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience.
Identifying and filling product gaps.
Generating new ideas that grow market share.
Improving customer experience.
Driving growth.
Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scoping and prioritizing activities based on business and customer impact.
Working closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Driving product launches, including working with public relations teams, executives, and other product management team members.
Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

Project Management – 35%

The successful candidate should demonstrate strong project management capabilities relevant to product planning, execution, prioritization, lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery.

The Role Requires The Ability To:

Plan and execute product activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Coordinate product activities and deliverables to support organizational strategy and goals.

Work closely with engineering teams to support quick time-to-market and optimal use of resources.
Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement.
