We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 8+ years of experience to develop backend services, analyze data flows and source code, and build reliable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, experience with Gen AI/LLMs, and knowledge of API development, data transformation, CI/CD pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation.

Description

The Python Developer will develop software solutions using Python, applying strong software engineering principles and data manipulation techniques. The role involves analyzing source code and data flows using AST-based and pattern-based static analysis while working with multiple programming languages.

The successful candidate will also contribute to Gen AI/LLM-powered solutions, API and backend service development, usable interfaces, and automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes across environments.

Responsibilities

Python and Software Development

• Develop software using Python with strong object-oriented and functional design practices.
• Apply data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis to software engineering tasks.
  
  

Data Lineage and Source Code Analysis

• Analyze data lineage and data flows by parsing and reviewing source code.
• Apply AST-based and pattern-based static analysis techniques.
• Read and analyze code written in multiple programming languages.
  
  

Gen AI and LLM Development

• Work with prompt design, tool/function calling, and agent orchestration.
• Apply understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, and semantic search concepts.
  
  

API and Application Development

• Design APIs and develop backend services.
• Apply front-end fundamentals to build usable interfaces.
  
  

Pipelines and Deployment

• Support build and test automation.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and release software across environments.
  
  

Data Manipulation and Transformation

• Perform data manipulation and transformation as required by application and pipeline workflows.
