Client: Shared Health – RFR – BA – 1071

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support healthcare system implementations, clinical workflow improvements, change management, and the adoption of information systems within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clinical stakeholders, documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, identifying capability gaps, coordinating implementations, developing communication and promotional materials, and delivering training to clinical resources. Candidates must meet all mandatory certification requirements and demonstrate the specified years of relevant healthcare experience, including hands-on experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment.

Business Analysis Diploma or Certification: A diploma or certification in Business Analysis is mandatory. Proof of the diploma or certification must be provided with the response.
PRINCE2 Certification: A valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory. Proof of certification must be provided with the response.
Prosci Change Management Certification: A valid Prosci change management certification is mandatory. Proof of certification must be provided with the response.

Skill And Experience Requirements

Business Analysis and Clinical Stakeholder Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement workflow changes or new systems in a healthcare setting.
Experience must include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes, and identifying capability gaps.
The response must include at least 3 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 10 years of experience.
Change Management Experience in Healthcare
Minimum 7 years of experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment.
Activities performed in these roles must include stakeholder analysis and site readiness assessments.
The response must include at least 3 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 7 years of experience.
Project Management and Team Leadership Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or project team lead role.
Duties must include coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans.
The response must include at least 2 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 3 years of experience.
Promotional Materials and Communications Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience developing promotional materials and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment.
Experience must demonstrate the ability to develop communications and promotional materials targeting multiple stakeholder groups.
The response must include at least 3 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 5 years of experience.
The examples must detail how multiple stakeholder groups were targeted through the promotional materials.
Altera Sunrise Applications Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment.
Experience must include gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders.
The response must include at least 3 examples, including the duration of each project or work assignment, demonstrating a combined total of at least 5 years of experience.
Clinical Training and System Implementation Support
Minimum 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
The response must include at least 1 example, including the duration of the project or work assignment, demonstrating at least 1 year of relevant experience.
