We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Oracle Siebel CRM technical configuration, solution design, development, and integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel IP18, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EIM/EAI, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) integration, J2EE, and report development using OBIEE and Power BI. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical specifications into working applications, developing and maintaining software solutions, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting application implementation, conversion, and migration activities.

Candidates with experience in Grants Management, Oracle E-Business Suite, database development, data warehousing, and public-sector environments will be well suited to this opportunity.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
• Experience developing reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Power BI.

Description

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into working, tested applications.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing detailed programming specifications.
• Writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems that arise during the use and operation of software packages, including providing technical assistance during implementation, conversion, and migration activities.

• Proven business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, and Inventory modules of Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structures related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV, and FND.
• Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and the use of partitioned tables.

• Experience using Siebel Open UI-specific classes and methods.
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI Architecture, including the Physical Model, Presentation Model, and out-of-the-box (OOTB) OUI file structures and limitations.
• Experience with UI integration, including embedding external applications in Siebel and exposing Siebel functionality within external applications.
• Experience configuring Siebel migration applications.
• Experience administering the Siebel Approval Manager.
