We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Goaltend development, TP Macro Language, TP environment, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor Server, C#, LINQ, Razor, SQL, Entity Framework, SCORM, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps. The successful candidate will support and maintain existing web applications while developing new web-based initiatives and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience working with Goaltend, including working within the Goaltend development environment (TP Macro Language and TP environment)
• Experience building front-end (web) and back-end (administrative console) features
• 8+ years of .NET experience
• Experience with and knowledge of databases, including data modelling and SQL programming skills with the ability to write queries, stored procedures, and views
• Level 3 with 10 years of experience is required to support and maintain all existing web applications as well as develop new web-based initiatives

Description

Responsibilities

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

• Developing detailed programming specifications

• Compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests
• Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations

This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the Assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks), Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.

These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.

The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027.

Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.

The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.
