We are seeking an experienced
Intermediate Software Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE), n-tier enterprise application development, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, database management, AWS cloud technologies, Business Process Management (BPM), and modern UI frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements and technical specifications into working applications, performing application analysis and design, developing Java EE solutions, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting enterprise application development and deployment.

Must Have
- 7+ years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications.
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Java Enterprise technologies.
- Expertise in application design, the latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Extensive hands-on development and troubleshooting experience on the Java EE platform.
- Expertise in JPA or Hibernate and the Spring Framework.
- Proficiency in working with various databases. Expertise with Amazon Aurora, Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Eclipse IDE or Rational Application Developer.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as:

- Agile development experience, including Scrum, User Stories, Continuous Integration (CI), Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated tests, etc.

Responsibilities / Assignment Deliverables
The Developer will be responsible for translating business requirements and technical system specifications into working, tested applications. This will involve performing analysis and design based on requirements, writing Java EE code, and conducting unit tests.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Technical Expertise – 40%
- Java EE Platform: 7+ years of experience developing n-tier enterprise applications and hands-on development with Java Enterprise technologies.
- Experience in application design, the latest design patterns, deployment, troubleshooting, and unit testing.
- ORM: Experience with ORM tools such as JPA, Hibernate, or MyBatis.
Spring Framework – 15%
- Experience with:
- Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Data
- Spring Batch
- Spring Security
- Other relevant Spring Framework technologies
Database Management – 15%
- Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures using:
- Oracle
- PL/SQL
- Cosmos DB
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Proficiency in working with various databases. Expertise with Amazon Aurora, Amazon RDS, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL is highly desirable.
Cloud and BPM – 20%
- AWS Cloud: Experience with Aurora Serverless, Athena, Amazon S3, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, etc.
- BPM: Experience with Camunda BPM and Drools Rule Engine.
UI Development – 10%

7.25 hours per calendar day, between the standard working hours of
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks), Monday to Friday inclusive, at the identified OPS office location.
