We are seeking a Senior Test Lead with extensive experience leading quality assurance and testing activities for large, complex digital and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures, and completion reports, as well as leading functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, and user acceptance testing. The successful candidate will oversee manual and automated testing approaches, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage defects, monitor quality metrics, and provide evidence-based recommendations regarding solution quality and production readiness.

Description

The Senior Test Lead leads quality assurance and testing across the delivery lifecycle. This role defines the overall test strategy and directs the development and execution of test plans, scenarios, scripts, defect-management processes, and quality reporting, with test automation applied where appropriate.

Experience

• Experience leading testing for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.
• Experience developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, procedures, and completion reports.
• Experience leading functional, integration, system, regression, accessibility, performance, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience using test automation tools and approaches to support user-interface, API, or database testing where appropriate.
• Experience selecting and applying testing tools, programming languages, frameworks, and quality practices.
• Experience establishing test environments, test data, entry and exit criteria, and test schedules.
• Experience coordinating testing across business, development, architecture, security, privacy, and operational teams.
• Experience managing defects through identification, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and closure.
• Experience developing test metrics, dashboards, traceability reports, and quality assessments.
• Experience providing evidence-based recommendations regarding release readiness.
