We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, multi-client web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, RxJS, REST APIs, and modern front-end technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a modern public-facing online portal for Registration and Permit workflows under Ontario's Species Conservation Act (SCA), 2025, integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM through MuleSoft middleware. The candidate should also possess strong knowledge of microservices architecture, responsive web development, accessibility standards, technical leadership, and modern software development practices.

Description
The Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) Species at Risk Branch (SARB) is responsible for the administration and issuance of Registrations under the new Species Conservation Act (SCA), 2025.
The objective of this project is to build a modern online Registration system for both external and internal users.
Technology Stack
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM: Back-office system.
- MuleSoft: Middleware and integration platform.
- Java/React: Public-facing portal.
This position is focused on developing a public-facing portal for Registration and Permit workflows using Next.js, TypeScript, and React for the Ontario public.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for integrating the public-facing portal with the back-office solution developed in Microsoft Dynamics CRM through MuleSoft middleware.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements

- 10+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale, multi-client web applications.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, and RESTful Web Services.
- Working experience with RxJS, Next.js, and Vue.js.
