We are seeking an
Intermediate Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in large-scale, multi-client web applications, Java development, Oracle or SQL databases, REST APIs, RESTful Web Services, Azure DevOps, microservice architecture, Agile methodologies, security protocols, and object-oriented development. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into working and tested applications, developing and maintaining software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with functional and technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Must Have
- 5+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client web applications
- 5+ years of hands-on working experience with Java development using Oracle or SQL databases
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with REST API and RESTful Web Services
- Experience using Azure DevOps
Nice to Have
- Prior OPS/Public Sector experience
Description
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
This Includes
- Developing detailed programming specifications

- Compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests
Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Additional Skills For Oracle Software Developer
- Experience in conducting impact assessments on Oracle E-Business application customizations and extensions.
- Strong conversion experience in Account Receivable Collection modules
- Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator
- Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E-Business
- Great knowledge of Oracle E-Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND
- Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE
- Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to be able to oversee the quality assurance of the project from technical perspective

- Knowledge and experience of microservice architecture as well as a demonstrated ability to apply core architecture principles to enhance a product's extensibility and maintainability.
