We are looking for highly experienced Senior Software Developers to support the Justice Technology Services – Digital Design Branch in building a modern cloud-based digital information system and integrating it with other internal and external applications. Scope

The Justice Technology Services – Digital Design Branch requires two (2) Senior Software Developers with 8+ years of experience for building a modern digital information system and its integration with other internal and external applications.

Assignment Deliverables

The Justice Technology Services – Digital Design Branch requires two (2) Senior Software Developers with 8+ years of experience for building a modern cloud-based system and its integration with other internal and external applications.

The Successful Candidates Will Be Responsible For

Provide application support.
Support the testing team during system and UAT testing.
Prepare deployment packages of code and instructions for builds in Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Desired Skills And Experience

Extensive implementation experience in installation, configuration, customization, and extension of Microsoft Azure, as well as doing the deployment, troubleshooting, and production support for the applications developed.
Experience in developing web-based solutions including sitemap writing and client-side JavaScript.
Hands-on experience in developing Web/Windows applications using C#, .NET Core, ADO.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008R2, and .NET Framework 4.0/5.0 with strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts.
Expertise in Database Systems, SQL, and Stored Procedures.
Good knowledge of web development skills such as HTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
Experience working on setting up relationships between System and Custom entities.
Experience working on form customization using JavaScript.
Experience in converting client requirements and functional specifications to technical design with effort estimation.
Expertise in generating Entity Relationship Diagrams to describe the relation between different entities.
Experience in converting client requirements and functional specifications to technical design with effort estimation and doing development for the same.
Excellent analytical, logical, and interpersonal skills.

Work Arrangement: Onsite
This position requires working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding breaks, Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.
The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027.
Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract.
No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW.
JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.
The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.
