What You’ll Be Doing

As a Operations Supervisor at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting your team with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success - while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like:

• All the physicality of inbound and outbound products: timing, efficiency, accuracy;


• To achieve top level customer service with internal and external customer;


• Including, but not limited to: Receiving, delivery driver, order selection, inventory accuracy, cost control


• Over see all aspects for the warehouse team: leading, coaching, motivation,


• Safe operation and upkeep of company equipment and product, as well as the safety of yourself and your fellow co-workers;


• Other duties as assigned
