What You’ll Be Doing
As a Operations Supervisor at our Kitchener location, you’ll bring your energy and customer-first mindset to every interaction. From assisting your team with product questions and order support to building lasting relationships through exceptional service, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers feel valued, supported, and set up for success - while growing your own career along the way.Here’s what your days might look like:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with occasional overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts as operational needs require.
- All the physicality of inbound and outbound products: timing, efficiency, accuracy;
- To achieve top level customer service with internal and external customer;
- Including, but not limited to: Receiving, delivery driver, order selection, inventory accuracy, cost control
- Over see all aspects for the warehouse team: leading, coaching, motivation,
- Safe operation and upkeep of company equipment and product, as well as the safety of yourself and your fellow co-workers;
- Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
Oversee warehouse operations and lead, coach, and motivate the team while supporting receiving, order selection, delivery, and inventory accuracy. Promote efficient and accurate inbound and outbound product handling, excellent service to internal and external customers, cost control, and safe use and upkeep of equipment.
