Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in IT and digital services, product strategy, and enterprise digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of product management experience and a proven track record of leading large-scale digital or IT transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, Lean product development, cross-functional team leadership, and building product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

The successful candidate will drive the delivery of user-centric digital products while ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and technical implementation.

Product Management Experience – 5+ Years

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in IT or digital services.
• Proven experience managing products throughout the product lifecycle, from planning and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into clear product priorities and deliverables.
• Experience balancing business requirements, customer expectations, and technical considerations.
• Large-Scale Digital & IT Transformation
• Proven experience leading or managing large-scale digital or IT transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering user-centric digital products in complex environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience aligning product delivery with organizational goals and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the challenges associated with delivering digital products across complex business and technology environments.
• Agile Delivery, Scrum & Lean Product Development
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development methodologies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting iterative product development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt product priorities based on user feedback, business needs, and delivery outcomes.
• Product Roadmap Development & Management
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

• Ability to define product goals, strategic priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Experience prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and organizational objectives.
• Ability to communicate roadmap priorities, progress, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders.

• Manage product scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product performance and assess outcomes against business objectives.
• Communicate product progress, priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Ensure product decisions balance customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
