This is a fixed-term contract ending July 27, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Role Overview

The Lead Trainer plays a key role in delivering high-quality safety training while overseeing the development, performance, and consistency of SafetyCoLabs’s training team. Combining hands-on instruction with team leadership and operational oversight, this role helps drive training quality, client satisfaction, and overall division performance.

You will also monitor performance, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and support budget management and operational planning. Through strong leadership and accountability, you will help strengthen delivery, improve consistency, and support the growth of the training function.

We’re looking for an experienced trainer who leads by example, takes ownership of results, and can balance hands-on delivery with team leadership and operational decision-making.

Why This Role Exists

As SafetyCo’s training operations grow, we need experienced trainers who can support consistent delivery, develop team capability, and maintain high standards across our programs.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Support complex training requests and help assess delivery requirements.
