Due to our continued success, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative with at least two years of related experience to join our Woodbridge, Ontario team.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers - handling quotes, processing orders, and proactively keeping clients informed about shipments. What You’ll Do

Build and strengthen customer relationships by using your product knowledge to meet sales goals while providing exceptional service.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and profit margin targets.
Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and collaboratively.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service role.
Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional tone and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary Range: $50,000-$63,296
Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $50,000-$97,378

The typical compensation structure includes a base salary representing approximately 65% of the total target income and a monthly incentive opportunity representing about 35% of the total target income.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final base pay and target incentive details will be confirmed at the time of offer.
