Location: Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid)
Job Description:
The OpenText Application Support Lead is responsible for the support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of OpenText platforms and related enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The role provides technical leadership for production support, manages incident and problem resolution, ensures platform stability and security, and serves as the primary liaison between business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams.
The individual will lead L2/L3 support operations, oversee upgrades and releases, drive service improvements, and ensure that OpenText solutions effectively support business-critical document management, records management, workflow automation, and compliance requirements.
