The Growth Marketing Manager partners closely with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Finance, and external agency partners to ensure paid media activity is clear, coordinated, commercially focused, and optimized for performance. This role owns the day-to-day management of paid media planning, campaign setup, budget pacing, testing roadmaps, reporting rhythms, agency coordination, and performance optimization. The Growth Marketing Manager ensures that growth priorities are translated into actionable channel plans, investment decisions are supported by clear data, and performance learnings are used to improve future marketing effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong paid media expertise, analytical judgment, commercial curiosity, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate performance insights into clear recommendations, tests, and actions. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. What you'll do:Growth Strategy & Channel Management <ul><li>Manage the strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of paid media channels including Paid Search, PMAX, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, and emerging performance channels.</li><li>Translate growth priorities into clear channel plans, media briefs, campaign structures, targeting approaches, and optimization actions.</li><li>Partner with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Finance, and agency partners to align paid media activity to commercial priorities, customer journeys, and campaign moments.</li><li>Monitor competitive activity, privacy changes, platform updates, and emerging channel opportunities to keep Saje’s performance marketing approach current and effective. </li></ul>Performance Optimization & Testing <ul><li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly channel performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization actions across revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPC, conversion, and customer quality.</li><li>Develop and manage a disciplined testing roadmap across creative, audience, offer, channel, landing page, and bidding variables.</li><li>Translate test results and performance shifts into practical recommendations that improve investment efficiency and future campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Balance brand integrity with performance needs by ensuring paid media creative, messaging, and targeting support both customer relevance and measurable outcomes. </li></ul>Campaign Execution & Agency Coordination <ul><li>Oversee paid media campaign setup, creative briefing, agency handoffs, asset delivery, launch readiness, in-market optimization, and post-campaign follow-through.</li><li>Manage relationships with paid media agencies, vendors, and platform partners, ensuring clear briefs, accountability, performance visibility, and timely execution.</li><li>Create visibility into campaign status, upcoming milestones, open decisions, performance risks, and required actions.</li><li>Support marketing technology, tracking, tagging, feed, automation, and data integrity needs in partnership with eCommerce, analytics, and web development partners. </li></ul>Reporting, Budget Management & Insights <ul><li>Build clear weekly and monthly reporting that explains performance drivers, investment efficiency, learnings, risks, and recommended next steps.</li><li>Support annual and monthly paid media budget planning, monitor spend pacing, partner with Finance on reconciliation, and ensure investment is aligned to business priorities.</li><li>Maintain visibility into core KPIs including revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPC, conversion rate, LTV signals, new customer acquisition, and channel efficiency.</li><li>Contribute to improved reporting tools, workflows, and planning routines that strengthen performance visibility and decision-making.</li></ul>Success in this role will be measured by: <ul><li>Paid media performance against revenue, ROAS, CAC, CPC, conversion, and customer growth goals.</li><li>Improved efficiency and effectiveness of paid acquisition investment over time.</li><li>Quality, discipline, and impact of the testing roadmap across creative, audience, offer, landing page, and channel variables.</li><li>Timely execution of paid media campaigns, briefs, asset handoffs, reporting, budget pacing, and in-market optimization.</li><li>Clarity and usefulness of weekly and monthly reporting, performance insights, and recommended actions.</li><li>Strong cross-functional and agency confidence in the organization, accountability, and commercial focus of growth marketing work.</li><li>Continuous improvement of growth marketing processes, performance visibility, and decision-making routines. </li></ul>We'd love to hear from you if you have:<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on performance marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or digital acquisition experience, either in-house or agency-side.</li><li>Deep experience managing Paid Search, PMAX/Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Affiliate, Display, and/or other paid acquisition channels.</li><li>Experience managing paid media budgets, forecasts, spend pacing, performance targets, and investment trade-offs.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, frequency management, conversion rate, and full-funnel performance drivers.</li><li>Experience developing test-and-learn plans, reading performance data, and translating insights into practical optimization recommendations.</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Analytics and related analytics, attribution, reporting, and paid media platforms.</li><li>Experience in DTC eCommerce, retail, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods, or another customer-centric environment preferred.</li><li>Experience with emerging paid channels such as YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, podcast, CTV, DOOH, creator amplification, or other alternative growth channels is an asset.</li><li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working with Creative, Brand, eCommerce, CRM, Analytics, Finance, agencies, and external partners.</li><li>Strong paid media and growth marketing capability across acquisition channels.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend clear actions.</li><li>Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing investment to revenue, customer growth, profitability, and business outcomes.</li><li>Highly organized with strong prioritization, project management, and execution discipline.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex performance information into concise insights, decisions, and next steps.</li><li>Creative problem-solver who can balance brand integrity with performance needs and disciplined experimentation.</li><li>Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and agency partnership
