Responsibilities

Short Term Sales Program Owner: Oversee end to end administration of short term sales incentive programs from strategic planning, launch & payment
Annual Sales Recognition Program: Assist with Sales Club administration including including launch of the annual program, consolidating results for leaders, recommending winners across our sales operating units
Data Insight: Transforms complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives - building methodologies and leveraging tools like Salesforce reporting, Tableau, and SQL/Snowflake to uncover meaningful trends and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions on compensation and incentive programs.
Communications: Communicate compensation program details with clarity and confidence, tailoring messaging for diverse audiences - from technical teams to senior leadership - to build alignment and influence decisions.

Qualifications

Job Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, strategy & operations, consulting, or a related field
Analytical mindset: Experience using Tableau Dashboards and Salesforce reporting (experience creating Tableau Dashboards preferred)
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Presentation Skills: Strong presentation content skills, including the ability to uplevel materials for executive audiences
Highly organized with strong process management skills
Creative thinker who can approach problems outside the box
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a high paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with sales incentive compensation or recognition program administration
Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform and underlying data structures (Products, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).
Experience operating in a highly audited, SOX-compliant data environment.
