Description

Overview of the Role:

Our Small, Medium, and Growth Business (SMB) Account Executive team is one of the fastest-moving sales teams at Salesforce, focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses unlock the power of AI CRM. We're looking for driven sellers ready to make an impact. As an Account Executive on this team, you'll work alongside Agentforce and our full platform to help customers solve real business problems, grow revenue, and build lasting relationships. By applying to this posting, your resume will be reviewed by recruiters and hiring managers who support multiple cloud offerings and verticals across our SMB organization. Our goal is for you to apply once and be considered for open Account Executive roles across multiple teams.

This role covers companies ranging from 1 to 200 employees across the following business units:

Small Business (SB): 1–45 employees

Growth Business (GRB): 46–200 employees

Responsibilities

Sell the full Salesforce platform - or a specific cloud solution - to both new and existing customers across assigned accounts.
Develop a deep understanding of how businesses operate and what drives decisions at the executive level.
Uncover customer challenges and map Salesforce solutions across multiple lines of business to create demand and close revenue.
Build trust and credibility with customers as a strategic partner, selling on value and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 1 year in a field sales role and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Experience managing and growing existing accounts and acquiring net new logo accounts.
Experience selling to C-suite executives.
Ability to build a business case and deliver a compelling return on investment narrative.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to craft a clear point of view and position yourself as a trusted adviser to customers.
Experience building and delivering presentations tailored to executive audiences.
Ability to collaborate and strategize across a large, extended internal team.
Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer work, and professional experience.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what’s possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.

At Salesforce, we strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.

If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or the recruiting process, please submit a request via this Accommodation Request Form.

Please note that Salesforce uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our recruiters assess and evaluate candidates’ resumes and qualifications throughout the recruiting process. Humans will always make any candidate selection and hiring decisions. Please see our Candidate Privacy Statement for more information about how we use your personal data and your rights, including with regard to use of AI tools and opt out options.

Equal Opportunity Statement.

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination. Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal. Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.

For British Columbia-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 59,340 to CAD 90,850 annually.

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This posting is to fill a vacancy on our team, unless otherwise noted.

Salesforce welcomes all.

Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including: time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program.
