They will mentor account coordinators, collaborate with content creators to tell brand stories, drive awareness, and foster conversion through innovative tactics and tools. This role is ideal for a motivated, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at problem-solving.

As the main point of contact between clients and Salt’s content creators, the Specialist, Creator Marketing will develop deep expertise in Salt’s processes and technology. From creator selection, onboarding, campaign management, tracking, amplification, reporting, and mentoring, this role is crucial in ensuring that client creator programs are successful and fully optimized.
