We are looking for great coaches to add to our growing team!
Our Sama coaches are a select community of experienced, trusted professionals. We partner with high-quality, credentialed coaches to help our clients achieve results.
While we welcome applications from coaches in all regions, we are not actively recruiting across all markets at this time. Our immediate priority is for coaches who are bilingual in French and English, particularly those based in North America. Qualified applicants who meet this criteria will be prioritised.
Requirements
In addition to aligning with Sama's mission and values, Sama Coaches need to meet the following minimum requirements:

Sama coaches decide how much time they want to contribute to the platform, allowing total control of their schedule.

Requirements

- Coaching Credential equivalent to the ACC with the International Coach Federation
- 3+ years of professional coaching experience (after completing training), including work with corporate clients
- 10+ years of professional experience
- Bonus - You coach in Spanish, or French in North America.

Responsibilities
Coach clients to help them achieve results as part of Sama’s community of experienced professionals. Contribute to Sama’s mission of improving engagement while choosing how much time to commit to the platform.
Requirements
Applicants need a coaching credential equivalent to the International Coaching Federation’s ACC, at least three years of professional coaching experience after training - including experience with corporate clients - and at least ten years of professional experience. French-English bilingual coaches, particularly those based in North America, are prioritized; Spanish coaching is a bonus.
