Vacation Goals: Annual paid vacation time, so you don’t have to put your travel dreams on hold
Best of Both Worlds: A hybrid work program, when applicable
Bonus Days: A paid Earned Day Off (EDO) every three weeks. That’s like 17 extra vacation days a year!
Parking: Free electrified parking at our head office
Community Care: Two paid days a year to volunteer for causes that matter to you (on company time!)
Ride into the Sunset: DC pension plan, and what’s even better, we match 6% of contributions

Dive In And Make a Splash Every Day By

Leading enterprise-wide discovery sessions to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation
Designing scalable AI architectures, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), integrations, and automation frameworks
Developing proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilot solutions that validate business value and technical feasibility
Serving as Sandbox’s trusted advisor and subject matter expert on artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies
Establishing AI governance practices, standards, and frameworks that promote secure, responsible, and effective AI adoption
Evaluating AI platforms, vendors, and technologies while making recommendations on enterprise investments and strategy
Partnering with business units and technology teams to implement solutions that deliver measurable operational improvements
Leading AI training, coaching, and adoption initiatives that help employees embrace new tools and ways of working
