5+ years of relevant technical experience in mining, heavy equipment, field service, product support or a related industrial environment.
Previous experience providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
Demonstrated experience working with customers, field service teams and cross-functional technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance, reliability and technical problem-solving.
Experience developing or improving technical processes, standards and documentation.
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop technical capability within a team.

Ensure health and safety risks are identified, assessed and effectively controlled within the areas of responsibility.
Ensure incidents, near misses and hazards are reported, investigated and addressed, with an emphasis on learning and prevention rather than simply reacting to events.
Integrate safety considerations into operational planning, resource allocation, change management and decision-making.
Monitor health and safety performance and use trends, leading indicators and incident data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure employees have the appropriate training, tools, resources and competencies to perform their work safely.
Build strong partnerships with employees, Health & Safety professionals and operational leaders to continuously strengthen workplace safety.
Champion employee well-being and contribute to a work environment that supports both physical and psychological safety.

In return for your passion and drive we will offer you…

The opportunity to make an impact on our divisions’ performance.
