Position title: Agile Delivery Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
About the Job
We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. We're also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. Across different countries, our talented teams are exploring new technologies to protect people and promote healthy communities. Ready to push the limits of what's possible? Join Sanofi in one of our corporate functions and you can play a vital part in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world. This role is based out of our Toronto Hub, one of Sanofi's most dynamic digital innovation centers.
Agile Delivery Leads are Scrum Masters and Coaches who play a critical role in leading a product team to optimize and deliver. Collaborating with fellow Agile Delivery Leads and cross-functional team leaders, you will drive agile transformation and deliver value in partnership with Digital GBU product teams.
📌 Note: This role is known internally as Agile Delivery Lead and externally/industry-standard as Scrum Master.
Who excels in this role: You're a self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes initiative without waiting for direction. You have a natural curiosity about waste and inefficiency - and you act on it. You're comfortable in ambiguity, approach challenges with data-driven thinking, and empower teams as a coach rather than a director. You use AI tools responsibly as aids to enhance your work, not replacements for critical thinking. If continuous improvement is a daily practice for you, you'll thrive here.
