About us:
Sansar Solutions is a Canadian bookkeeping and tax firm that helps entrepreneurs and small businesses get their books caught up, file on time and deal with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). We're a fast-moving team, and we're looking for an organized, reliable person who learns fast to support our office and CRA work.
What you'll do:
- Call the CRA for clients: arrange payment plans, ask for collections extensions, check balances and follow up on notices
- Write clear case summaries and next steps after each call, and update the client's file
- Keep track of CRA deadlines and follow up so nothing slips
- Handle general office admin: inbox and calendar support, document requests, data entry and filing
- Work with our accountants and sales team to keep clients informed
What we're looking for
- Ability to learn fast: you pick up new systems, processes and CRA rules quickly and put them to use
- Clear, professional phone manner and strong written English
- Very organized and detail-oriented, with good follow-through
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and learning a CRM
- Able to handle client information confidentially
- Nice to have: experience with the CRA, bookkeeping, tax or accounting office admin
Details:
- Location: 1199 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC
- Work setup: in person during training. Once you're trained and comfortable with the role, you can move to hybrid or remote work.
- Hours: part-time, 20 hours per week
- Pay: minimum wage
- Start: as soon as possible
- Training provided, with room to grow as the firm grows
How to apply
Apply through LinkedIn with your resume, and include a short note that covers:
- Your availability: which days and times you can work each week
- Your other commitments: whether you're working elsewhere, in school, or have anything else taking up your time
