Original job description
Aviation Client operates in the aviation and aerospace sector, supporting complex manufacturing and operational environments where delivery performance, quality, and cross-functional coordination are closely linked. This role is suited to someone who can bring structure to problem-solving, work across functions, and help turn analysis into measurable operational improvement.
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a central role in improving delivery performance by identifying systemic issues, bringing the right stakeholders together, and helping drive corrective actions through to completion. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program leadership to support better decision-making and stronger execution across the operation.
Responsibilities- Lead structured root cause analyses of delivery performance drivers using existing data sources and cross-functional working sessions.
- Investigate manufacturing process and quality system failures to identify systemic causes of delivery delays.
- Develop and maintain a prioritization framework aligned with SIOP and operational planning cycles.
- Lead working sessions and operational reviews to drive action-plan execution and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to validate root causes and assess corrective-action feasibility.
