Original job description

SAPSOL Technologies Inc. invites SAP-trained candidates to apply for its structured SAP S/4HANA Project Experience Program (PAP), conducted through the SAPSOL Product Innovation Lab (SPIL).

This program is designed for candidates who have completed SAP training but need additional exposure to implementation workflows, project documentation, testing activities, cross-functional collaboration and consultant-level interview discussions.

Why This Is a Good Time to Strengthen Your SAP Profile

The SAP employment market is increasingly selective, and completing module training alone may not be sufficient for many entry-level consulting opportunities.

This period can be used to strengthen the practical areas employers commonly evaluate, including business-process understanding, configuration knowledge, testing, documentation, issue resolution and consultant communication.

PAP provides a structured learning environment where participants can improve these capabilities before attending SAP interviews or pursuing consulting opportunities.

Available SAP Tracks

SAP FICO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP EWM
SAP SuccessFactors
SAP ABAP
SAP Basis
Other SAP modules, subject to mentor availability

Program Exposure

Participants may receive exposure to:

End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation methodology
Business-requirement gathering and process mapping
SAP Activate methodology
Business Blueprint and functional-specification documentation
Configuration and business-process discussions
Unit testing, integration testing and UAT coordination
Test-script and defect-tracking activities
Cross-functional integration scenarios
Project meetings and team collaboration
Issue analysis and resolution discussions
Project presentations and consultant communication
Resume positioning and interview preparation

Who Should Apply?

This program may be suitable for:

Candidates who have completed SAP module training
SAP-certified candidates without implementation exposure
SAP end users seeking to transition into consulting
Junior SAP professionals requiring structured project exposure
Professionals returning after a career gap
Newcomers seeking awareness of North American consulting practices
Candidates preparing for entry-level or associate SAP interviews

Program Format

Remote and online
Approximately 12 weeks of structured project activities
Mentor-guided learning environment
Collaborative participation with functional and technical teams
SAP system access based on program requirements
Weekend and weekday participation options
India- and North America-friendly schedules
Installment-payment options available

Important Information

This is a paid simulated project-experience and professional-development program. A participation fee is required to cover mentorship, SAP system access, program administration and project infrastructure.

This is not a job vacancy, paid internship, live client assignment, direct employment offer or employment guarantee.

Participation does not guarantee certification, interviews, placement or employment. Outcomes depend on the participant’s background, performance, market conditions and individual job-search efforts.

How to Apply

Submit your updated résumé and complete the application questions. Suitable applicants will be contacted for a brief assessment to understand:

Previous SAP training
Preferred SAP module
Current experience
Project-exposure requirements
Career objective
Availability for program participation

You may also send your résumé to sushma@sapsol.com.
