Coordinate and participate in internal, regulatory, customer, and third-party audits and inspections, including corrective action follow-up and verification.

Maintain HACCP, food safety, training, and quality records, including the Plant Document Control System, to ensure programs remain current, accurate, and compliant.

Coordinate food safety training activities, including Contractor and Visitor GMP training, and maintain associated training records.
